H&S Reny Property Management, Inc.

Before H&S Reny, Mr. Horton was working as the Director of Operations for Enercon Technologies, a contract manufacturer in Gray, Maine. He graduated from the State University of New York with an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. He started his career working as a Production Technician in Upstate New York until moving to Maine with his wife in 1989. Since that time, he climbed the ranks at Enercon to the Director position. During his tenure with Enercon, Mr. Horton gained experience in budgeting/financial planning, resource management, scheduling, and facilities management. He was responsible for developing that company’s job planning system, time tracking systems, and the inventory management systems. He has been personally involved in managing residential investment property since 2001 in a partnership with Mr. Sirois.
