We would like to take the opportunity to provide you with more detail about the business experience of the owners of H&S Reny Property Management, Inc. and discuss some of the organizational improvements we have made and others that we are currently working on.  We are confident that our business experience, combined with the improvements we are making to the infrastructure of our organization, will result in an enhanced level of service compared with our competition in the area.  Our commitment is to fine tune the operations of our clients’ real estate assets to enhance cash flow, carefully manage capital projects, and maintain a risk management program in order to maximize return on investment.

               

As you review the bio of each of the owners of H&S Reny, you will note considerable depth and breadth of business experience. 

               

            Owner Bios

               

Christopher J. Sirois:  Prior to H&S Reny, Mr. Sirois was working as the CFO/Controller for a company in Gray, Maine.  After graduating from New Hampshire College with a Bachelors Degree in Finance, he began his career in Boston in 1989 working in commercial property management.  Over the course of ten years, working for Spaulding & Slye he gained experience in property management accounting, real estate financing, development financing, property and facilities management.  Since moving to Maine in 1998 he has worked as a Corporate Controller, taking on the responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer in 2002, broadening his background to include risk management and tax planning.  Mr. Sirois has personally been investing in and managing residential investment property since 1995. 

               

John R Horton:  Before H&S Reny, Mr. Horton was working as the Director of Operations for Enercon Technologies, a contract manufacturer in Gray, Maine .  He graduated from the State University of New York with an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.  He started his career working as a Production Technician in Upstate New York until moving to Maine with his wife in 1989.  Since that time, he climbed the ranks at Enercon to the Director position.  During his tenure with Enercon, Mr. Horton gained experience in budgeting/financial planning, resource management, scheduling, and facilities management.  He was responsible for developing that company’s job planning system, time tracking systems, and the inventory management systems.  He has been personally involved in managing residential investment property since 2001 in a partnership with Mr. Sirois.

               

               

You can see that Mr. Horton’s background is the ideal compliment to that of Mr. Sirois’ financial background, providing many years of broad experience in job scheduling, resource planning, and management of operational activities.   Our combined business experience, a strong belief in systems and internal controls, combined with a commitment to customer service will ensure our success in achieving our goal of setting the standard for property management services in the Lewiston/Auburn area.
